Maybe it shouldn't be relative to trancepdir, in which case we should remove :

TranCEP/src/TranCEPTool.R

Lines 74 to 78 in bf24b16

    
           if (isAbsolutePath(db)){ 
        
               dbpath <- db 
        
           }else{ 
        
               dbpath <- paste0(TooTSCdir, db) 
        
           }

and just leave the relative-path squashing here:

TranCEP/src/TranCEPTool.R
