ERROR: Incorrect PDB

Hello,

I have been trying to run some mutation predictions using DDGun Seq with PDB obtained from the AlphaFold database but it turns out that I keep getting this error:
"ERROR: Incorrect PDB"

What could be the reason and how do I fix it?

Sorry for the delay.
DDGun Seq takes in input a protein sequence and not a PDB structure.
