Describe the bug
Saving images via drag-and-drop from Google images gives un-openable images. Not sure if this applies to every image or not yet.
To Reproduce
Open google images
Search anything
Click an image
Click View Image
Drag and drop full size image to folder on hard drive
Gives me a file called "search" - the properties are jpg but there's no thumbnail preview and windows photos says "it appears that we don't support this file format."

This image is reproducable (https://hackernoon.com/hn-images/0*xMaFF2hSXpf_kIfG.jpg) - it doesn't save correctly with View Image but does save correctly without it.
Expected behavior
Image should be regular jpg, openable as normal.
System Information
Additional context
