redesign the landing, room and building redesign page

@baranero Thanks for putting your effort for the design. I like few things about the design. Although I feel like a lot of things can be improved. Hence I would like to provide my constructive feedback. Please take it in a positive way 🙏🏻

Starting from top:

Overall
The color selection for background and foreground could be improved for a better combination.

Header:

The shadow with logo text looks unprofessional.

Banner section:

There is too much description. And the "Start Now" button will go to which page?
It would be nice if the hero section itself will attract users to take an action. I would prefer user not to scroll too much.

Section #2:

This image feels kinda unnecessary. If it had maybe both "before" and "after" variations then maybe it would look nice. But right now it doesn't look that great.

Our services:

I like how you tried to make it a section by itself.

Things i didn't like about this section are: the alignment and the shadow behind the image is not very neat.

Footer:

Footer looks good. The only thing I would like to point out is there is no need of copyright info since this an open source project

p.s. I am not a designer hence I might not be able to give you a better design feedback/guidance but I hope the above feedback helps.

Also, please note that I will only accept the new design if it looks better than the current implementation. So please excuse me if in the end we don't implement the design. But if the design stands out, we will definitely implement it.

That's much better from previous design.

I have a personal feedback that these are things that's still kind of making it look a little unprofessional:

1. The image section: the black borders around image doesn't look nice. Maybe it's the sharp color contrast between image, border and the white background

2. The color selection for background, text and buttons is better than before but I think it can still be improved.

I hope you agree with my points.

Hi @baranero Thanks for making the changes. It looks better than the previous design but I am still not convinced that it's a better design than the existing one.

If I compare both, I still prefer the second one

So far the only thing I can approve is the changes for footer to align the icons to the footer. I have created an issue for that at #62

Design wise, I can't give you much guidance since I am not a full time designer but if you come up with something better I can have a look at it.
