The player who is Plagued, is patient zero and doesn't die from their own illness, but may die from other methods such as getting eaten and being lynched. The plague gets passed to harlots or players they are matched to by the matchmaker. Those who are infected may not know they have it, but are terminal and get to live 2 nights before succumbing to it.
