PEP 484

Is it PEP 484 compatible? If yes, it sould appear on the readme.

I think it is mostly, we probably have some minor extra features, but the idea of making it PEP 484 compatible has a lot of merit.

Right now we're definitely not fully compliant with PEP 484 (e.g. ), however, we have some plans to improve upon this. (I'm gonna need to find some time to write specs for the ideas we discussed with @herczy which cover most of PEP 484 as well.)
