Video list broken #1569

Issue:

In the internal storage - create path - OpenCHS/movies - and put the video here with the same name as declared in the 'App Designer' -> 'Video Playlist'.
Go to More -> Video List -> Play the video
Doesn't get played

Analysis:

Could be that like photo picker restrictions, something was introduced here as well
Documentation feature - wysiwyg with upgrade will support images, but not videos yet.
They can just have the videos outside in a folder instead? may be this is just to keep it organised
we can just provide youtube links - should work offline - but links in documentation are also not opening up.
