Goal

Get rid of models.Network and make code consistent between CLI and CLI sdk

Assumptions and Scope

Some of the functions will have to be moved to increase the scope of Network sdk pkg enhanching user experience with SDK.
Also some of the code will be refactored and brifge between Network model and Network sdk will be depricated.
