Setting a static port for the WebSocket. #13

It is necessary to set a static port for the WebSocket so that it does not start on different ports each time. Additionally, for security purposes, two ports should be allocated—one as the primary port and the other as a backup.

websocket port can be set in configuration file in ~/.config/asya/config.lua. see example in repo at asya-config-example.lua
