在环形扇区块第一次跨扇区写入数据时，会有擦除空扇区的情况 #164

跨扇区的数据写入都采用的是先擦后写的逻辑，这会在第一次跨扇区写入数据时产生擦除空扇区的多余操作，不知道会不会造成时间的不必要损耗；
