Usability: resource editor opening in new window

Navigating to the resource editor from the Find page when using the Chrome Pane, the resource editor opens in a new window rather than a new Chrome Pane window. I guess this is a case of whether users prefer the new windows opening or having them directly in the Chrome Pane.

Steps to reproduce

1. Establish an Arches Connection

2. Open the Chrome Pane and log in again if prompted

3. Navigate to the Find page

4. Search for ‘Savoy Theatre’ and the result should be ‘Consultation for Savoy Theatre’

5. Open the record in the Resource Editor and a new window opens rather than directly in the Chrome Pane
