能否对同个表单内组合一部分item进行验证？ #87

就是表单验证的时候出现比如要先验证表单的前两项，但是这时候其他表单项还是非disabled的状态，这时候能否可以实现只对这两个表单项的验证（这边是使用html的验证，不是js自定义验证）？能否帮助一下，提供一些处理建议。感谢！
