It does not work when scan java program:

[Select some runtime containers for vulnerability scanning]

It tell me JAR files found，Downloading the Java DB ... Unable to initialize the Java DB.

This is an intranet environment without internet connection.

I use the config: SCANNER_TRIVY_OFFLINE_SCAN=true and SCANNER_TRIVY_SKIP_UPDATE=true.

but it is not good.

Environment:

Harbor version:v2.5.0
Harbor Scanner Adapter for Trivy version:v0.30.14
Harbor installation process (Installer script):
