As per call on 24/9, they want two new cases studies:
Excerpts from email from Michelle Sloan (sent 23/9):
Activity: Support advancement of analysis capabilities of surveillance data in R globally by developing multilingual R materials and supporting R training of ministry surveillance staff in DGHP intensive support countries
Partner: Applied Epi (via TEPHINET)
Deliverables: 2 R case studies in three languages, 20 basic training sessions, 20 advanced training sessions
For the case studies, we would like to work together to create one focused on analysis of routine public health surveillance data and one on how to integrate public health surveillance and laboratory data. For the trainings, I’ve proposed a model above, but I would like to hear more about models that you think are most appropriate to use those funds. I would also like to talk with you more about the Advanced courses before we approve use of funds for that. I used approximate costs from previous discussions we have had with you, but we understand if these have changed.
