qmds should reference sensible places

At the moment the qmds are reference sub folder of the previous case studies, this is risky as it will lead to broken links and things are not self contained.

All images should be in the images folder.
All data should be in a data folder or even better come from a data package.
The folder with case studies to translate should only be there for translation.
