I commented on #87 but figured I'd check.
I migrated the plugins to their own repos by creating a new org called anyrun-dedup to have one place to make changes to plugins.
#198 moves all the extensions out in the main anyrun repo. I have made other changes that i can create pull requests for if this approach makes sense.

Here are the other repos (merge-able as of 9th Jan 2025):

I tried to follow what I understood of #87. Please let me know if this is not a good approach and I'll close the pull request #198. My rationale was that if the repos are separated, maintainers can be assigned to the various repos.

Keep in mind, we need to fix Nix packaging before this can be "resolved."

The multi-repo model is inherently tricky, because we have to choose between 1 package per repo, or all packages from a single repository.
