This is a discussion-style issue for the new records proposal being floated and discussed, and which may have some ramifications for this project.

I'm following the discussion and have read the proposal. However, I do not see where our generator could help. Most of the features discussed require new syntax, at least.

Do you have something specific in mind?

Nothing at the moment. I thought I'd just put a spot light on it since I didn't see it mentioned in any discussion on this project and the proposal is currently called/nicknamed “Records v2”. Perhaps an issue wasn't the best way to communicate this. I should have used the gitter chat but I wasn't aware until just a few moments ago so will close this for now.

Appreciate the interest. I'd love to discuss things like that, and indeed gitter may be a good medium - although the issue here will probably have a larger audience, so maybe let's keep it open in case someone wanders in here. 👍
