Possible to add work profile apps to drawer?

So on my Pixel4XL it separated my personal and work apps into two sections in the drawer, which meant I could swipe left and right two pick between them. Using the Rootless launcher I don't have the separation and have everything lumped together, meaning I have 2x Outlook icons (along with other apps).

Is it possible to implement this, or if it's already there, let me know how I can enable it?
