Documentation for creating new Alpaca is broken.

Making a new issue for the documentation rather than the 401: Unauthorized error referenced on this issue: #12

Problem seems to be that the API returns 401 with configuration paper: true as given in this library's documentation.
Since Alpaca's own API documentation is either obscured in a labyrinth of circular website links, or it is nonexistent, I hope this issue will surface some important protocol information for developers trying to use Alpaca.

@corescan were you able to get Alpaca working at all? I'm a new user and don't want to install it if we could first fix some of the issues.
