Provide annual update to the LIR Parcels for counties that provide data to the St. Auditor office for this fiscal year round.

• All county LIR Parcel data updated in the Internal database

Alex said they will start requesting data from the counties 6/9 and he should have data for me to process 6/17

I've been working with some of the counties and Alex in the St. Auditor's office on issues with the data being submitted to him by the counties. Counties are being instructed that Alex will be able to help them get their submissions together and that as of last year updates to our LIR data comes from the St. Auditors office and not direct submission to us by the counties.

Alex also mentioned, "your guidance and knowledge has been instrumental in this project. I couldn't do it without you and your team!"

As of today the St. Auditor has received LIR information for 23 of the 29 counties. There are a few counties still working on the submission and a few hold outs. After a quick review by the state assessors for accuracy, I should receive a copy of the information to start processing later this week.

7/11/24 obtained the first data dump from the St. Auditor office today. Some counties still need to submit or resubmit data.

24 of the 29 counties have been updated. Some counties still need to send their tax roll information to the St. Auditor and some counties might resubmit information.

Received a new table from the St. Auditor 8/9/24. It has corrections for Morgan County and has an additional county Cache. I've processed and loaded Cache to internal and re-ran Morgan and updated Internal.

Created the 2024 LIR parcel archive in agrc_public_share\long_term_share\cadastre\Parcels_LIR_Archive\2024. If new counties come in or updates to a county are needed the archive for the county will be recreated.
