The mdJson schema includes a reference in the constraint section. This reference could be used to provide a link to a license (see https://spdx.org/licenses/) and other citation information. This information was added to ISO in 19115-1.

Expose this citation in mdEditor, add it to the basic profile, and add it to the 19115-1 translation.
