如图，由于网站会重命名文件，导致会下载其实是同一个视频的不同名称的文件。

描述你的解决方案

在下载前需要一个函数来判断，已经存在的视频和将要下载视频的相似度。
这个函数可以通过比较文件的大小是否相同/相近(99%以内)，或者文件名的前缀/关键词相同来判断

为什么需要?

因为这个项目是个自动化下载的项目，自动避免重复的下载还是十分必要的
