Could then be Docker compatible if understood correctly, allowing us to have the exact same local environment as for production with Docker Compose: https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/local-development-with-docker-compose

For now we are stuck with cedar-14 for the preview generation to work.
So better to create a ticket about creating a Docker file.
