be redirected to admin login, say welcome and remind the user he has just chosen his admin password in the heroku deploy form just before
once logged, be redirected to groups and explain the purpose of groups, while inviting him to create his first-one group
once group created, let's upload the template (cf. no template by default #11)
let the admin play with it
remind the admin he can now assign users to that group to let more people join the party
