Doesn't work with multiple folders in a workspace ... #6

I have added two folders to my vscode workspace - A & B. B includes from A. After I run 'Build Database' , call hierarchy is displayed correctly for A but not for B. It seems that the extension is trying to find the files present in the B inside A. I work with multiple folders in a workspace all the time. It will be a really good addition. Could you please fix this issue or tell how to resolve this ?
