Proof of treachery quest reward triggers twice #433

Quest in Theramore for Jaina related to the Defias.

Jaina does not offer a teleport back to stormwind despite quest dialogue.

Also was able to get the quest reward twice but I am unsure if this was due to the quest reward for Survey Alcaz was wrong.

I have not isolated if this is an individual progression issue or an Azerothcore issue but thought it was worthwhile to report here.
