"Strings not found" warning when opening spell.dbc with editor.

I only noticed this today when I saw someone else having problems editing this file.
I've been using an old version of spell.dbc and therefor haven't encountered this issue myself until now.

the last edit to this file was:
cc716b7

The editor that gives the warning is WDBX Editor
Was the dbc file saved in another format for that last edit over a year ago?
Could you please check if you also get this warning when you try to edit the spell.dbc file?
which editor do you use?
