Testnet crawler exits, but mainnet crawler keeps running #15

Sometimes, the DNS seeder testnet crawler stops logging updates, but the mainnet crawler keeps running.

This seems like a bug, perhaps in error handling?
We should have monitoring in place to detect when bugs like this happen.
