5-zone jModelica DRL open-gym environment and testcase

Five-zone JModelica opengym environment is needed for DRL training and testing.

Created a five-zone with detailed plant side environment and tested with a simple case; The current issue is that this environment causes long simulation time. Sometimes, the simulation requires way more time during certain time-step and is hard to converge. Ongoing is to simplify the mode and controllers in the model (e.g. remove the waterside-economizer logic)
