Bug: Video Recording on emulated devices is showing strange zoom flickering

Quick Description

With chrome emulated devices we see a flickering in the browser when video/gif capture is enabled. This however seems not to be visible in the video.
It also is not happening on real devices (via browserstack).

This seems to come from Selenium. Still we should look for ways to make it work for us.

Actual Behaviour

When we enable video recording on emulated devices (on chrome) the page currently is resized (or zoomed) on every screenshot we take.

Expected Behaviour

The page should not change their view due to screenshots.
