Playground block tool - Highlight specific lines for files shown in the block and scroll to the first line highlighted

Ideally, when using this block, it would be great if we could somehow highlight specific lines of code, either highlighting them or hiding the other ones.

The expected behavior for this request is:

• Being able to specify lines of code for a specific file
• Scroll the page for that file to the first line that is highlighted

To avoid inconsistencies with content from files loaded, a good approach could be highlighting lines from linked files are only available for links done to files on specific commits.
