We're nearing the end of the year 2023. This means it the time of the year again to think about the Hosting Team Reps for the next year. In the upcoming weeks we will open the call for nominees, followed by the voting process for the team reps. More information about the team reps are documented on make.wordpress.org

Last week we discussed a new change in Gutenberg that will introduce the Font Library into WordPress 6.4. Due to compatibilty issues with certain hosting setups this change was deferred from the next core version.

The Hosting Team, crucial for maintaining and optimizing WordPress site performance, is invited to actively contribute to this collaborative initiative. Their insights on dashboards and metrics are invaluable. Suggestions on dashboard types and specific metrics that aid in effective WordPress hosting are welcomed and anticipated for refining the dashboards for of all.
