Request for Feedback: Make/Team Dashboards
Dashboards play a crucial role within the WordPress ecosystem, serving as a pivotal tool for project teams by providing improved visibility, communication, and transparency. Such transparent and data-driven insights aid teams in making informed decisions, recognizing areas of success and those requiring additional assistance, fostering an environment of trust, and facilitating collaboration and contribution from the community.
We also extend a special invitation to the Hosting Team to participate actively in this collaborative effort. As you play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the performance of WordPress sites, your insights into dashboards and metrics are invaluable. We would appreciate your suggestions on the types of dashboards and specific metrics that would be most beneficial for you in effectively hosting WordPress. We eagerly await your invaluable feedback and suggestions to refine and perfect the dashboards for everyone’s benefit.

We need to create a page with all the projects (or upgrade the actual one) and also publish "what we need". For example, now we require somebody to be involved with the Test Runner for some time to update, check and maintain the tool. What is the best way to do it? We need "hands" or "money" (and the hands for that money). If anyone wants to join this workforce of creating the initial draft of the "what we need" post please join us.
This can be the same for other projects and ideas.
One little project talked (@mike, @javiercasares) at the WCUS Contributor Day was the possibility to create notifications for Slack (maybe at #hosting, #test, and #core) for those Test that fails, so people can check and look at them.
