Re-install of Raft WSL ignores active subscription. #6

Hello @Migod11, Sorry for the inconvenience. The application that you have is no longer public in the store (long story). Please uninstall the one that you recently installed and install the following from this URL: ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9ND3HNW6PNDK They are the same apps. Regards, |

It definitely is not your fault and we apologize for the inconvenience. This is one of the pain points that we have with Microsoft Store and this sadly is impacting our customers. |
I paid but still wasn't able to log in or recover purchase - to use it - only the button see "start free month then 12.49 GBP " I went to MS store subscription cancelled - but there is no option to get a refund.. I removed Raft because of the bug that caused Terminal Preview to die silently.
Since the bug is fixed, I re-installed the new version from the Windows store. Although I have an active subscription, it won't let me past the first "subscribe to RAFT!" screen. (all buttons disabled, except the one that asks me for a credit card)
Can you please correct this or get me a refund?
