Either manually or via import (distill has a feature to import from urls: https://rstudio.github.io/distill/blog_workflow.html#importing-posts)

You might want to look how David Selby organized things for his rthritis group as he also uses distill: https://personalpages.manchester.ac.uk/staff/david.selby/rthritis.html. E.g. he creates a post for each event. This might not work so well for past events as you can get in a mess trying to post-date things (although it's not so bad if no-ones following your blog with an RSS feed yet). Maybe a simple archive page will work for that - you might look at Ella Kaye's page for an example of a static page: https://ellakaye.rbind.io/about.html.

I've already "imported" (aka: manually added) some old talks. Let me know if there's any that you consider it should be here, too (ot better, add it yourselves!)
