Select a 'default' paste method ?

Hello. I've recently started learning Java, and have thus installed this extension to help.
The issue I'm facing is that, since installing this extension, every time I do a 'Ctrl + C', 'Ctrl + V' combo, nothing is pasted, and a small icon appears, asking me whether I'd like to use the extension to paste the text I just copied, or to 'Insert plain text':

I've checked the keybinds settings, and there doesn't seem to be any conflicting 'Ctrl + V' binds, and the extension's settings do not seem to have a way to disable anything. I guess this must come from the app, but I can't figure out how to fix this.
Can anyone help ?
