Physics abruptly stop working randomly

so if im working on a project especially for a long time adding more and more and more and more to it and fine tuning and try the physics it will all of a sudden stop working from seemingly nowhere where rigid body will behave like dynamic body or sometimes everything behaves like static physics no matter the setting and i dont understand it has happened with numerous different projects for unknown reasons (my assumption could be way off but its like the scripting gets corrupted or something over time for some reason)
