Document what needs to be done to update deployed system

We need to have a document that clearly indicates what needs to happen when we want to (hand) update the deployed system when changes have been made that we want to move into production.

The best way to document that is to have scripts that automatically do all the work, so the documentation becomes as short as "Run this script here with these arguments".
