We should minify/resize our images

This is especially important if we let admins upload photos. At the moment we download the entire (possibly huge) image onto someone's little phone, which is really non-optimal. There are tools out there to help with this (it's a common problem), but I think they may be somewhat complicated as we'll need a image resizing library or tool on the server.
