Organization as author, editor or series editor

There is no field for the name of an institution in the role of an author, editor or series editor. At the moment, we are tricking, while writing the organization splitted in the fields "first name" and "second name", but of course, when a list is generated, which puts the last names on the first rang, something weird appears as name :-)
This field is desparately needed.
