Description

Use two methods:

  • DCOPF (for both investment and operation)
  • PTDF (only for operation)

Sub issues

  • Write formulation down in Tulipa style
  • Define new input data and files
  • Add variables
  • Add constraints
  • Add objective function terms
  • Add test case studies
  • Add test for the code
  • Update documentation
