It seems a little heavyweight to obtain the upgrade command information only via the /v310/appliance/{uuid}/appliance API. It would be useful to obtain ApplianceUpgradeCommandInfo with the /v310 /appliance /{uuid} /upgradeInfo as well.

I think it would be useful to explain the difference between ApplianceUpdgradeCommandInfo and ApplianceUpgradeInfo.
