Roadmap planning

Decisions, decisions...

• Feature-freeze 0.14.2 now?
  • No: some more low-hanging fruit? Add unbox and box.set #36? Top-down presentation style for definitions #11?
  • Yes: we already have a nice set of new functionality, not to mention the improved docs.
• Rename 0.14.2 as 1.0 and start using semantic versioning?
  • If so, update the roadmap: 0.14.x → 1.x, 0.15 → 2.0.

• Yes, feature-freeze now.

  • Focus on finish updating the documentation, then it's ready to go. (Update docs for 0.14.2 #8)
  • Critical bugfixes allowed if necessary.
  • Any more new exciting stuff (Top-down presentation style for definitions #11, Pythonify TAGBODY/GO from Common Lisp #45) will have to wait for the next release if this one is ever going to get out of the door. :)
  • But maybe provide the alternative names catch/throw for setescape/escape already now, to help discoverability for Lisp users. (Rename setescape/escape to catch/throw #46)

• Keep the version numbers for now, for simplicity. We can rename once the first breaking change comes along.
