Currently there pysbol only offers two available methods to assemble composite parts. The default method adds no spacers or join regions and the IGEM_ASSEMBLY_METHOD adds the iGEM scars. It would be great to have larger variety of assembly methods to account for cloning methods such as Golden Gate assembly or other user defined spacer regions. One would need to consider how this could be represented in the template.
