Data: Include fame earnings in API responses

Fame earnings are very useful to track progress / achievements of players inside a guild. Please, include fame earned and guild the player belongs to in the match data.

Please, take into account that a player may have played a match while belonging to a guild, but he may no longer belong to that guild, so the guild the player belongs to should be included in each match.

As the captain of two guilds in EA server, I can't agree more with jgongo that keeping track of the guild members' degree of participation and contribution are essential to VG guild management. Currently I need to input the guild fame contribution and skill tier of each member manually every week to generate the attached ranking charts. It would therefore be appreciated if the API could support the features of reporting each guild member's statistics within a specific time frame, including:

1. Category of membership
2. Guild fame contribution
3. Number of each type of games (casual, ranked, blitz, BR, private) played with other guild members
4. VG online hours
5. Last active time
