Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

StarRocks currently supports rewrite COUNT(DISTINCT col) if MV has aggregate functions like bitmap_union(to_bitmap(col)), but this is limited to numberic columns.

Support create MV with bitmap_union(dict_mapping('dict_name', col)) and rewrite COUNT(DISTINCT)
