This is going to be a fucking mess. We might need to build the terminators from oligos and PCR the T7RNAP from genomic DNA because IDT failed to synthesize that part...

Obviously won't be codon optimized for Vibrio, but here is the T7 gene in BL21 (should probably double-check it's the same translation as the one we want) and it has a way to add up and downstream sequence in the genome if we want to design some primers that flank it!
