"PsychEngine.app" Not Opened

To fix this issue, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Security.
Then, press on Open Anyway button.

Press Open Anyway again then enter your password.

The game will now open and you won't need to do this again.

Game closing immediately after opening

+ This issue will not occur if you are compiling the game yourself!

To fix this issue, you need to move the app to anywhere else from its current location.
For example; if the game is in your Downloads folder, you can move the game to Desktop and the game will start.
Moving the game back to its original location will not make it so it closes again.

ARM Macs

If you have an ARM Mac, you need Rosetta 2 to play the game since Mac builds are compiled in x86_64 architecture.
Rosetta is a compatibility layer available in ARM Macs that makes them able to run Intel based apps, which Psych is based on.
When you try to open the game, you will have the option to install Rosetta. Make sure you are connected to internet and click on install when you have the option. After that, you will be able to play the game.
