I want to jailbreak 17.4.1 with this serotonin jailbreaker.

Uses bootstrap and might succeed, try it out ?

This won't work as 17.4.1 has no trollstore and thus no bootstrap, and Serotonin doesn't have offsets for 17.4.1 as it has no krw

It would only be possible for you to jailbreak if this device is a iPad 6th Generation or 7th Generation which has checkm8 and supports palera1n: https://ios.cfw.guide/installing-palera1n/
