Alerts Graphs doesn't change when changing time zone

As you can see in these captures, the graphic representation of events uses the same timezone although I change the timezone in options menu

ok. Nowhere says it should be different.

It was just my expectative.

Changing the time zone only serves to display a +2:00 in the data table, but does not change the time used to display the information.
Even though I specify my time zone, the information is still displayed in UTC.
